Smiling has many different impacts on our body, it has many positive effects on our different body parts such as heart, muscles, blood vessels, brain, and blood pressure and also on our feelings. It can also decrease stress, anger and depression.
Smiling can help us with better communication, because smiling is the easiest way to communicate with someone.
It's also good to know that smiling helps us to express our feelings much better, so as a result it's an excellent way to improve our EQ.
Some interesting impacts of smiling:
Helps discharging (negative) energy.
100 times of laughing is equal to 15 minutes of cycling.
Laughing may end to cough or hiccups which helps cleaning our lungs.
Increases T and B cells which helps our immune system
It can help us with better learning and better concentration.
It effects our brain activity (both hemispheres)
It helps us with a better self-confidence
It helps us with the feeling of pain

So don’t forget to smile.

How to improve our self-confidence:
Having high level of self-confidence plays a very important role in our life. Basically, having self-confidence means, recognizing and getting familiar with our talents, strength and weaknesses. But due to what it's said by researches people focus much more on their weaknesses and they usually forget to have concentration on their god given potentials. And that’s the main reason why we will face lack of self-confidence.
Now we will be introducing some techniques to overcome this problem:
First of all do not compare yourself with others. Compare yourself with yourself. Comparing yourself with other people will make you to concentrate on your weaknesses and makes you feel less confident.
Secondly, you should learn to focus on your strength, by this we don't to forget your weaknesses completely. Actually we mean that you should improve your talents and reduce your weaknesses.
Exercise: by exercising for even a few minutes a day you will have a higher level of energy and you will feel much more joyful.
Start facing your fears: this is not easy at all. But we have to face our fears in order to have a high level of self-confidence. As fear, we mean any fear, because fears have direct effect on our self-confidence.

Nowadays, learning a second (especially English) is one of the necessities of life. Second language acquisition is even more important if you are talking about children. Researches have shown that children can learn a foreign language better than adults. Children, normally start learning their mother language at their 6 month. But, what's mainly important to discuss, the best age for a child to learn a second language. Due to what is said by the psychologists the best ages for children to learn a second language is between 1-8 years old. During this ages the child can adept much more better with the way of using and the accent of the new language. After the age of ten, the ability for learning a new language starts decreasing in children.

Children with slower process in learning a new language:
But, these statements do not apply for the children with delays in learning their mother language between the ages 1-3. Children with disorder in their mother tongue should be visited by a pathologist in order for a determination for learning a new language. What is important to focus on is that they should not be sent to language classes without awareness of this disorder, otherwise they will face problems in both their mother tongue and the new language.

Benefits of second-language acquisition:
One the most important benefits along with learning a second-language is the increasment in the child's ability for communicating much more easily with others. Learning a foreign language can help students opening new horizons to improve themselves. Another advantage of learning a new language in young ages is the better (job) positions that they may face with, comparing to others.

Playing is the very first thing that children need in their first tears of life. In the past we would just think that children should play, and we were unaware of its effects on the child's future. But nowadays, researches have shown that playing, plays an important role in the formation of a child's personality.

The more they play the better they grow, with playing different games they can improve their social features and their body, mind and brain will grow better. In addition, it's been said that the children who do not play (enough) in their childhood they have to come over with more problems, especially more stress and low EQ, in the future.

With playing children come to discover their surrounding and their abilities. They play to experience new things. So it's extremely important to allow them to play different games and meet different people in order to experience and understand their surrounding better.
